We are seeking a talented individual to join our Buying Groups team at Marsh Pacific. This role will be based in Melbourne. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As the Principal, you will play a key account management role in providing industry-leading insurance solutions to our legacy marque clients in the Buying Groups sector. Your expertise and insights will help our clients navigate the complex landscape of risk and insurance in this industry.

Principal Broker We will count on you to: Build and maintain strong relationships with marque clients, understanding their unique risk profiles and business needs. Lead and direct a team who are responsible for large and medium size clients. Conduct in-depth risk assessments, identifying potential exposures and designing tailored insurance and risk management strategies. Act as a client advocate, ensuring their insurance programs are effectively negotiated, placed, and serviced. Provide technical guidance to clients and colleagues on complex insurance and risk management issues. What you need to have: 5+ years' experience in insurance broking, ideally with a focus on Not-for-Profit or Buying Groups/Franchises. Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification. Ability to lead and mentor a team. Strong knowledge and application of broking principles, insurance products, and renewals.
