The position of Principal Analyst, Business Intelligence and Performance Analysis will:
Provide high-level expertise, analysis, coordination, and technical support for the timely delivery of business critical activity, financial and performance intelligence and tools focussing on operational productivity, efficiency and compliance in an Activity Based Funding environment. Review and enhance organisational performance reporting frameworks, processes and delivery platforms to improve timely and integrated access to organisational performance data including the design, development and implementation of complex reporting solutions, data marts, dashboards, and data extracts. Lead project management activities including prioritisation, stakeholder engagement, requirements and feasibility gathering, implementation and project finalisation. Establish and maintain productive professional networks across the HHS, the Department of Health and other key stakeholders to foster ongoing collaboration and enhance organisational maturity in an activity based funding and finance portfolio.
