Northern Adelaide Local Health Network - Aged Care, Rehab & Palliative Care - Modbury Hospital Salary : $86,950 - $100,729 p.a. - AHP2; Temporary Full-Time up until 1 August 2025 Northern Adelaide Local Health Network (NALHN) is eager to recruit an Physiotherapist to work in our dynamic, growing and supportive team, to help us deliver exceptional care to our community.

About the Role: An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Physiotherapist within Aged Care, Rehab & Palliative Care.
The Physiotherapist (AHP2) is accountable to the Senior Manager, Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service (NARS) for the provision of assessment and management of patients within the Northern Adelaide Health Network (NALHN) which aims to optimise health outcomes.
The Physiotherapist participates as a member of the Northern Adelaide Rehabilitation Service team within the broader divisional service.
The Physiotherapist works in collaboration with other members of the interdisciplinary team, to effectively plan and provide therapeutic interventions based on patient goals and evidence-based practice. This may involve consultation and liaison with the team, other professional disciplines and external organisations.
The Physiotherapist works under limited clinical supervision and may provide direction and support to less experience therapists, allied health assistants and students.
The Physiotherapist must work towards and meet the Statewide Generic Core Competencies Framework.
To be eligible for this position, you must:
Educational/Vocational Qualifications Appropriate Degree or equivalent qualification which entitles registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia. Appointment will be subject to a satisfactory Criminal History Check.
Check(s) DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC) DHS Aged Care Sector Employment Screening Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances) SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
