Reducing the risk of safety related events (both injury and non-injury) and potential for financial loss, reputational damage, and regulatory action.You will contribute to the success of Opal by:To assist in the development and implementation of the 'One Opal' Health and Safety Management system and underpinning business expectations.Provide frontline support to management and workforce on injury prevention and the Opal safety management system.Responsible for the operation of the Opal certification process to ISO45001 and any regulatory licencing that may be required for Health and Safety programs and systems.Ensure the engagement of Health & Safety Representatives and committees and that worker consultation requirements are met.We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
