Nurse Unit Manager - Diagnostic Radiology Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS)SA Medical Imaging, Nurse Unit Manager, Diagnostic Radiology, RAHSalary: RN/M3 - $121,537- $126,970 (p.a.)+ Superannuation & Salary Sacrifice BenefitsFull Time, Permanent RoleAbout the roleMedical Imaging nursing is a developing area of specialist practice, requiring a broad clinical knowledge in multiple clinical areas of practice including emergency, inpatient, interventional and outpatient presentations and applying this knowledge within a Medical Imaging environment ensuring continuity of patient care.The Nurse Unit Manager, Medical Imaging accepts accountability for:The outcomes of nursing practices in the Medical Imaging setting.Addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy.Creating an environment conducive to learning.Developing team performance and a positive work culture in the interest of patient/client outcomes.Material and human resource management.The Nurse Unit Manager leads the nursing team and undertakes a combination of patient care area/ team leadership and resource managementThis position is based at the Royal Adelaide Hospital.About usStatewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is a unique public healthcare organisation that serves health consumers and provides specialist clinical services to the health system in South Australia.
