Responsibilities
Our People Support Team partners closely with our 1000+ retail stores across Australia to ensure quality HR advice is delivered across all areas of People and Culture, Recruitment, Health and Safety, Employee Relations, and Just Group policies and processes.
Deliver phone-based HR advice and support to our retail storesWork with our Retail Managers to facilitate the recruitment process for all Sales AssistantsManage recruitment/HR administration tasks such as screening and short-listing applicants, creating employee contracts, managing new starter paperwork, and HR data entryProvide initial support and report on Health and Safety mattersIdentify and advise on ER queries and escalate them when requiredRequired Skills & Experience
