About the role: Supporting the overall People strategy, specifically the effective practice and implementation of HR initiatives such as performance, talent, culture, and team member retention Coach, mentor, and develop people leaders to be successful in their roles and achieve business objectives Play a key role in cultural and structural initiatives within the business, by actively liaising with various managers and departments Partner with and advise people leaders on HR and ER policies and procedures About you: 1+ years generalist HR experience in a similar role, from a fast-paced environment A passionate person who has worked within the HR discipline Well-grounded, energetic, committed, and achievement-oriented Demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with senior stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills to navigate through complex business paradigms Ability to work objectively in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail Positive & go-getter attitude
