Our children's services operations include the management of kindergartens, early learning centres and before and after school care.
We have over 90 services across Victoria.
Our Youth programs have an increased presence in Ballarat through our Youth hubs, workshops and in our ReCranked and JumpStart programs.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
Maintain and update employee records and recruitment databases.
Support onboarding processes for new hires.
Collaborate with the People and Culture team on various HR initiatives.
Ensure compliance with legislation and Y Ballarat policies.
Who We're Looking For: Enthusiastic individuals with a genuine interest in human resources and recruitment.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information.
Reliable and committed to contributing to the team's success.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS is a plus.
