The Opportunity:
In this pivotal generalist HR role, you'll be one of the go-to experts for all things ER and IR, offering comprehensive "end-to-end" HR support and guidance to our business partners and key stakeholders.
Working closely with a supportive and collaborative P&C Manager, you'll play a key role in implementing people strategies that deliver outcomes and drive success.
Why you want to work for City: Established and supportive team!Career progression making use of our extensive L&D programDiscounts Hub with exclusive discounts across major Australian retailersWorking in a contemporary office located within a vibrant hub that includes childcare, cafés, and a gym.Your key responsibilities will include: Industrial/Employee Relations Management: Handle and support "end to end" HR case management.HR Compliance: Guide managers and employees on applicable Legislation, Awards, Enterprise Agreements, HR policies, etc.HR Partnership & Strategy: Collaborate on HR initiatives by driving policy implementation and projects, while reinforcing company culture and ensuring safety and well-being.Leadership Coaching: Provide coaching and guidance to leaders on HR matters.Performance Management: Deliver on performance/disciplinary matters.Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build strong relationships and align HR solutions with business needs.You will be required to demonstrate: Tertiary or postgraduate qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline - Essential6+ years of HR experience – Highly desirable4+ years of experience in a blue collar or service-based organisationProject management experience in a high growth environmentAbility to professionally represent the HR function at a senior level both within the organisation and externallyProven ability to work in accordance with compliance, legislative & regulatory requirement and maintains up to date knowledge of such.Display proficiency at an advance level in the MS Office suite, along with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to other software platforms and programs.If you're an experienced HR professional with a passion for empowering people and fostering a culture of excellence, we'd love to hear from you!
