About the role:
The People and Culture Business Partner (PCBP) is responsible for enablement and support of effective workforce management in partnership with stakeholders across the organisation. Support service delivery for best practice employment relations advice, case management of performance and conduct issues and the general employee life cycle.
Extensive knowledge of performance management, workplace investigations, employee relations and handling of grievances, employee lifecycle and operational people and culture functions.Ability to interpret and advise on organisational policies and procedures, Industrial Instruments and relevant legislation.Demonstrated risk assessment of people matters with ability to analysis, prioritise, escalate and plan for best practice handling of all employee relations.Excellent communication skills, including provision of advice to managers and employees, as well as appropriate report writing for target audience.Be able to plan and prioritise own work, to take responsibility and utilise initiative for delivering work activities and projects in an effective and timely manner.Ability to contribute to the ongoing process of continuous improvement and effective team work.Role model professional conduct and confidentiality on all matters.Thrives in a fast paced environment with a passion for excellence in customer service.Contribute positively within a team environment, demonstrating a friendly, positive attitude, with a willingness to learn.About you:
Proficient knowledge and understanding in MS Office and web-based applications.Knowledge of relevant industrial relations instruments and associated processes.Demonstrated knowledge and experience of workplace investigations, legislation and processes i.e. interpretation of awards and legislation, tax, superannuation.Experience in managing workplace investigations, interpreting awards and legislation and providing accurate advice to the organisation in a timely manner.Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Industrial Relations and/or Psychology, highly regarded.At HR Partners by Randstad, we are passionate about providing equal employment opportunities and embracing diversity to the benefit of all.
