Macmahon is looking for a proactive People Advisor to join our Surface Mining People Operations team, supporting our Greenbushes Lithium Mine Site. Reporting to the People Superintendent, you'll deliver hands-on generalist HR support, partnering with leaders and employees to improve employee experience and business performance. This role focuses on practical talent management, culture and compliance solutions helping our teams work effectively and grow.
