They are looking for someone to take their business and payroll processes to the next level, which will be an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate, well driven and has a willingness to develop and succeed in a fast-paced environment.Reporting to the Payroll Manager, your key responsibilities will be, but are not limited to:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for 1000+ employeesEnsure compliance with statutory requirementsInterpretation and application of modern awardsPrepare forms and reports in relation to payroll deductionsProcess weekly pay cycleEvaluations and enhancement of payroll processesSystem testing, integration and implementationLiaising with internal and external stakeholdersTo be considered for this role, it would be advantageous to have:At least 3+ years of experience in a similar roleStrong communication and interpretation skillsExperience using software packages such as SAP (Both EC and ECP sides)Excellent attention to detail and accuracySound knowledge around Industrial Awards and AgreementsIf this opportunity sounds like a role you'd excel in, please do not hesitate to get in touch!Please submit your resume in a Word format to begin the application process.
