Payroll Officer

About the Role: Are you passionate about creating positive change in the lives of children and families?
We are collaborating with a dedicated Not for Profit organisation seeking an HR Payroll Officer to ensure precise and efficient payroll processing.
Your responsibilities will include: Efficiently processing fortnightly payrolls and maintaining payroll systems (Preceda, iChris & EmpLive).
Writing contracts and letters of change for employees.
Responding to employee queries and managing employment changes.
Collaborating across HR and Payroll teams to ensure consistent communication.
Contributing to a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
Skills Required: Qualifications: Experience in payroll functions, with a strong understanding of superannuation and award interpretation.
Experience: At least one year in a similar role, preferably with payroll software knowledge.
Skills: Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high volumes of data.
Requirements: Right to work in Australia, valid Working With Children Check, and current driver's license.
