The Payroll Coordinator works as part of a small team providing outsourced end-to-end payroll services for a number of clients, ensuring that pays are processed correctly and on time and client queries are resolved satisfactorily.Key RelationshipsInternal Relationships:DirectorsBusiness Services teamsAdministration teamExternal Relationships:Crowe Clark (a UK-based accounting firm)Accountabilities for the position include:Assisting with the onboarding process for new payroll clientsSetting up new employees, ensuring all components are complete such as TFN, Super, and Employment ContractsEntering the monthly data including leave maintenance and generating reportsPreparing and lodging payroll taxesPreparing the monthly IASSetting up WorkCover policies where requiredAssisting with EIM and EOFY reportingAttending to Payroll queriesAttributes: Knowledge, Experience, and SkillsKnowledge of general payroll legislation (including Superannuation, payroll tax, STP)Previous experience in high volume end-to-end payroll processing, including terminations, redundancies, EOM/EFY reporting, Workers Compensation, LSLExperience processing multiple payrollsExperience in HR3 (preferred)Competent using Microsoft Word and ExcelStrong numerical skills, accuracy and attention to detailExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenThe ability to manage own time to meet deadlines and work effectively under pressureA desire and ability to work collaboratively and effectively within a teamMultitasking, consultant/mentality/client serviceApply TodayIf this sounds like the opportunity for you, click 'Apply Now'.Thank you for submitting your application.
