Job Description Are you passionate about supporting Pacific Labour Mobility (PALM) candidates? Join our team as a Pacific Labour Welfare Officer in Ayr, QLD. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, working 38-40 hours per week. Commencing on 20th May 2024, this role provides an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of PALM candidates. As a Pacific Labour Welfare Officer, your responsibilities will include: Assisting PALM candidates with navigating Australian culture and social welfare systems Supporting candidates in achieving their financial goals and objectives Providing guidance and answering questions related to employment and living arrangements. Responding to summons to assist PALM candidates in various locations. Working closely with the PALM team to ensure candidates receive adequate support and assistance. Your Skills & Experience: To excel in this role, you'll need: Cultural sensitivity and the ability to work effectively with diverse communities.
