You have experience in business transformation and change management methodologies and practices. Your interpersonal skills will enable you to become a trusted advisor to managers and leaders within our Seniors Living business.To thrive in this role your skills, knowledge and experience ideally include:Degree qualification in Human Resources, Employment Relations or other relevant discipline or proven equivalent experienceExperience in transformation and change management.Applied knowledge of relevant industrial relations legislations.Five years' generalist human resources experience in a similar role.Demonstrated experience in a business partner role with proven capability to build relationships and understand business requirements.Demonstrated ability to undertake work across a range of specialist or operational areas.Team player with ability to work autonomously & within a team environment.Importantly, you will be someone who closely aligns with our organisational values of: Unconditional Love, Continual Innovation, Mutual Trust, Wise Stewardship and Safety.Employee BenefitsAs a not-for-profit entity, our employees can salary package up to $15,900 p.a. of their taxable income on everyday expenses (such as mortgage payments, vehicles, insurance, and entertainment).
