Job Description Our Team
You'll be part of our innovative and well-respected Organisation Capability Team of five who design, develop and deliver initiatives covering a wide range of organisational development domains to make Leidos anevenbetter place to work.
The Organisational Capability portfolio covers Diversity and Inclusion, Talent, Culture, Leadership Development, Recognition, Learning, Engagement, Careers, Wellbeing, Performance Development and the opportunity to get involved in a range of other projects and some of Leidos' most interesting challenges.
We're outcomes focused and offer a flexible, high trust team environment in an organisation where the HR Team is highly regarded. We work in a truly hybrid way, but know that there is value in connection and face to face collaboration, so we get together in the office once a week (plus the occasional extra day, depending on what we're working on).
About You And What You'll Bring
You are an experienced OC Generalist who thrives when given the freedom to create and implement. A depth of experience in scoping, designing and delivering OD initiatives is critical, and demonstrated experience in Leadership Development, Talent and Learning (design, development and facilitation) would be highly valued.
You have no problem managing to timelines or managing and influencing our stakeholders (locally and in the US) and can work in an ambiguous environment. Your collaborative, pragmatic and common sense approach will see you settle in quickly. You have experience to draw on and are comfortable to 'crack on with it' once you understand the key deliverables and outcomes required.
You think strategically, naturally 'connecting the dots' between the work you're doing and other strategies and initiatives, take a human-centered approach and bring a sense of curiosity to all that you do.
Your New Role
The role will provide the opportunity to drive significant change within: our Leadership landscape (e.g. partnering with the VP of HR on designing our Senior Leader offsites, influencing and/or translating US driven initiatives to land locally, and much more), and; by innovating then executing how we 'do' Talent Management at Leidos Australia.
On top of owned initiatives, the team's collaborative ways of working will mean you will support and/or lead work in other OD domains as well.
Part time working hours are available for this position.
