This is a part-time role working Tuesday to Thursday s, 9:00am-5:00pm.DutiesMain Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To Greeting patients in a warm and friendly manner Managing patient appointments including cancellations, rescheduling and billing Handling bank transactions including NDIS claims and reconciling banking daily Preparing and maintaining cleanness of consultation rooms Supporting doctors in the initial and final interactions with patients Maintaining accurate patient records Performing various administrative tasks including audio typingSkills & ExperienceAs the new Office Administrator you would have an intermediate knowledge of computer applications, such as Microsoft Office packages along with prior experience working in a medical practice. The ability to multi-task and problem solve effectively is crucial, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Critical attention to detail is necessary, as is the ability to prioritise patient care while working calmly in a busy environment. Additionally, showing empathy and compassion is essential for supporting patients and creating a positive practice experience.
