We are seeking a highly motivated Receptionist/Administration Officer with excellent communication, customer service, time management skills and attention to detail to assist in greeting all patients and visitors from the main reception at Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital.
As a Receptionist/Administration Officer, the role will include (but not limited to): Answering and directing Reception phone calls, greeting/directing patients and visitors, assisting with and directing enquiries Word Processing and management of patient discharge summaries and medication profiles Multiskilling to other general Administration tasks and Medical Record management as directed by the Administration Manager Employment under the Health Professionals & Support Services Award Previous Reception or Administration experience is desirable Griffith Rehabilitation Hospital is a private, 64-bed Rehabilitation hospital, which prides itself on a high standard of patient care. Located in Hove, near Brighton/Glenelg, we offer both i n-patient and day patient therapy.

Potential to increase hours of work to cover annual and sick leave (requires some flexibility)
