The Opportunity This is a critical and dynamic sales role, helping to lead the planning and execution of the Independent Grocery growth agenda, and the expansion of our relationships with Aldi through effective and collaborative sales and marketing plans.

Are you up for it? To enable you to hit the ground running, we're looking for:
A proven record of success in managing Metcash/Independent Grocery (Mandatory) Strong influencing and collaboration skills with the ability to build strong and long-term relationships with key partners High level of commercial acumen & reporting capability Outstanding experience in communication & negotiation (Internal/external influencing) Strong forecasting/demand planning experience Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a strong focus on achieving business objectives An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and sales analytics tools A high level of confidence with the ability to manage strong personalities Strong leadership qualities and the desire to build and grow your career with Suntory Oceania Unleash your Spirit with Suntory Oceania Working in the Suntory Group family isn't a job, it's a career.
