The business is also the exclusive Australian member of Corporate Finance International – a global M&A group with 27 offices in 19 countries.Opportunity to:Join a leading professional M&A advisory teamBe involved in interesting, complex and challenging projectsProvide support on M&A projects for businesses in the $3M-$100M+ value rangeDMA provides comprehensive training and mentoring to help you become a key team member on transactions, including processing and analysis of client financials, assistance with preliminary pricing strategies, assisting with due diligence processes and data room management and other ad-hoc analysis work.What you will be doingPreparation of comprehensive client financial analysis including:Detailed P&L analysisWorking Capital analysisEarnings multiple pricing analysis & strategyOffer analysisLiaise with clients & other professionals in M&A transactionsRequiredBe a fast learner who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environmentHave strong interpersonal skills and a desire to become an integral part of a diverse and social teamBe on the path to advanced skills in MS Excel, MS Word, SharePoint, Outlook and related applicationsStrive to continuously improve knowledge through ongoing professional developmentBe confident in interacting with clients and other professionals in meetings, phone calls and via email with support from team membersHave some experience (3 to 5 years minimum) in an accounting/finance roleKnowledge and understanding of the financial services industryPreferredQualified or partially qualified within a business-related discipline – preferably accountingAbility to interpret financial statementsHow To ApplyIf you think you're up to the challenge and want to explore this outstanding opportunity, please email your resume and cover letter addressing your experience against the key requirements listed above to ****** key aspect in shortlisting for this role will be determining how well applicants follow instructions for application.
