The Role Reporting directly to the EGM Development/M&A, the Mergers and Acquisitions Analystrole forms an integral part of the team, which is responsible for development and implementation of REMONDIS's mergers and acquisitions strategy.
Key responsibilities of the role include: Developing projections, reports and presentations regarding considered mergers and acquisitionsPerforming financial forecasting and modellingDiscussing M&A opportunities with Senior ManagementPreparing detailed evaluations of Merger and Acquisition targets, and preparation of proposals to the boardOrganising and conducting due diligence in cooperation with Senior Management and ConsultantsCoordinating key internal and external stake holdersAssist in REMONDIS Australia's market monitoring and market analysisConducting post merger / acquisition / project analysisAssisting with post-merger integrationAbout you: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or similarStrong financial backgroundAround years previous experience in a M&A, Due Diligence or Financial Analysis roleWell-developed computer skills with great proficiency in ExcelStrong administrative, time management and organisational skillsHigh level of energy and intrinsic motivationExceptional organisational and planning skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh degree of resilience, curiosity and resourcefulnessWhat we offer A dynamic environment which will create a range of on-a-job learning opportunities and exposuresGrowth and career prospectsAn incredible opportunity to be involved in the industry that is working towards sustainability and a better futureCompetitive remuneration packageAs part of our usual recruitment process you will be required to provide proof of entitlement to work in Australia, and undergo a full medical, with a drug and alcohol test.
