This includes pricing and forecasting analysis and supporting business requirements for new products, projects and initiatives.The position provides actuarial support and an informed, data-driven, risk-aware voice within the ever-changing business environment to guide the business to execute for success.Let's talk about youThe successful candidate will have a Fellowship qualification of the IA Aust or equivalent, along with working experience in the Private Health Insurance industry.With passion for enabling timely decision making, based on data driven insights, your advanced analytical and problem-solving skills will see you set up to succeed in this leadership position.Furthermore, we're looking for:Effective communication and influencing skillsCommercial acumenA good mentor for junior team membersExperienced with or openness to a dynamic, changing environments or project settingsDriven to innovate and pursue continuous improvement in all aspects of roleAt nib, we recognise that some people may only apply when their education, skills and/or experiences are identical to what an employer is looking for in a candidate.
