We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager, Recruitment Services to join our Organisational Development and Learning team. This leadership position will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and delivery of recruitment, attraction, and retention-related programs, projects, and services for the Disability, Youth Justice and Safer Family Services portfolios. You will play a key role in providing expert advice to senior leaders within the Department of Human Services (DHS), as well as managing a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to high-volume and specialist recruitment services.
As the Manager, Recruitment Services, you will:lead and supervise a team focused on the end-to-end delivery of recruitment servicesdevelop and implement recruitment, retention, and workforce planning strategies in collaboration with DHS leadershipensure recruitment activities are completed on schedule and within compliance with State and Commonwealth policies and guidelinesbuild and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholderscontribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment services.About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need:
