Job Description:
Leads and manages the Human Resources (HR) function for Rockingham Peel Group (RkPG) and Peel Health Campus (PHC). Partners with operational leads to deliver strategic HR plans and solutions, improving organisational performance and productivity to meet the South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) workforce objectives. As a member of the SMHS Workforce leadership team, contributes to the strategic management, alignment and leadership of Workforce services across SMHS. Manages the HR team ensuring HR services and activities are meeting RkPG + PHC expectations and SMHS priorities.
This role also commits to undertake the duties of the role in accordance with the WA Health Code of Conduct, the South Metropolitan Health Service (SMHS) Vision of Excellent health care, every time, and Values of Care (Kaaradj), Integrity (Ngwidam), Respect (Kaaratj), Excellence (Beli-beli) and Teamwork (Yaka-dadjoo).
