The Manager HR Business Partnering is responsible for leading, guiding and operationally managing the overall performance of the generalist Human Resource Business Partnering team and its service delivery.In this role you will work with the team, the Director HR Services and other leadership colleagues to ensure the HR business partnering model is affected by the People and Culture function for a well-integrated and contemporary service delivery, balancing the emergent issues with identifying and executing planned initiatives across the health service.
