Manager - Governance, Risk and ComplianceAn opportunity has arisen for a proven leader to become a Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance in the Public Sector.
The role involves overseeing governance, risk and compliance and promoting a risk-aware culture within the organisation.

Description The Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance is responsible for implementing and overseeing the organisation's governance, risk and compliance (GRC) frameworks, as well as developing and implementing initiatives to drive effective GRC management across the organisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Oversee all governance, risk and compliance matters within the departmentSupport the delivery of strategic and organisational objectives by driving GRC management, ensuring alignment with organisational goalsPromote a risk-aware culture within the organisationDevelop and implement effective risk management strategiesEnsure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsLead and develop a high-performing teamReport on risk and compliance issues to senior managementContribute to strategic planning and decision-makingManage internal and external auditsProfile A successful Manager Governance, Risk and Compliance should have:
