The Opportunity With just five minutes apart from each other, The Oaks Retirement Village (in Fulham) and Leisure Court Retirement Village (in FulhamGardens) have an opportunity for a dedicated Maintenance Officer to join their team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks around our retirement village. Working closely with the Community Manager, you will ensure our buildings, grounds, and fixtures are well-maintained and presentable. The ideal candidate needs to be friendly, approachable to residents, have the ability to work autonomously and have general maintenance or 'handyperson' experience. You'll enjoy spending time outdoors, connecting with residents, and the ability to work autonomously.
