The role
Are you looking for a challenging, fast-paced legal administrative role in a collegiate and supportive environment? Are you a highly organised individual who gains satisfaction in successfully supporting a busy team and the clients they service?
We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Legal Administrative Assistant to support our busy, high-performing Real Estate team in Sydney. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to add an enormous amount of value to the day-to-day efficient running of the practice by immersing yourself in the team and will gain satisfaction from seeing your hard work make a difference.
With no two days the same, the tasks you will be responsible for are:

Preparation of documents including letters, fee proposals and general correspondence
Provide assistance with monthly billing
Attending to time entries, expense reconciliation, processing third party invoices and reporting
Assistance with court document preparation, drafting and filing
Compilation of team's ongoing matter list
General administrative duties such as document management, travel bookings, email and diary management

About you
To succeed in this role, you will ideally have:

Experience in a law firm environment;
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage priorities;
Demonstrated ability to work with legal staff and clients;
Strong initiative and problem-solving ability;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service;
A team player who loves to bring their personality to the office!
