Division: Crown Solicitor's Office Location: Sydney, NSW, AU, 2000 Req ID: 68859 Legal SecretaryWork closely with experienced lawyers and partners to provide high-level administrative supportRole based in the Sydney CBD (Martin Place)Enhance your career with on-the-job trainingClassification Grade: Clerk Grade 1/2 Salary: $70,694- $76,857 p.a (excluding superannuation and annual leave loading)As a Legal Secretary at the CSO, you'll support three or more solicitors in a specialist legal practice group, handling various administrative tasks to ensure efficient legal service delivery. You'll receive on-the-job training and gain experience in all aspects of legal practice administration, working in a friendly, supportive team environment with mentorship from a Senior Legal Secretary and Legal Support Manager. The ideal candidate is organised, forward-thinking, and preferably has prior experience in legal practice management or professional environment. You'll be involved in all aspects of operational management of legal matters, proactively tracking and driving operations to enable solicitors to focus on their legal work.
