About Us Annecto's origins trace back to the 1950s, when a group of parents from the Western suburbs of Melbourne decided to create their own safe spaces for their children living with disability.
Over the years, Annecto has continued to grow and develop its services in disability and aged care, leading the way with in-home services and independent living.
Today, Annecto works across multiple regions and states of Australia and works closely with communities across Victoria, NSW, ACT and Queensland.
Annecto supports not only the individual, but the community as a whole to be healthier, self-determining and more autonomous based on the original culture of that community.
The Position As a Learning and Development Coordinator you will play a key role in fostering a positive learning culture and building the capability of employees at Annecto.
Working within the Learning and Organisational Development team you will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop learning programs and drive participation, helping deliver on the learning and development strategy.
Key responsibilities include: 1.
Contribute to the implementation of the L&OD Strategy in alignment with Annecto's Strategic Roadmap and People, Culture and Quality's Business Plan.

Collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders to scope, design, develop and review engaging learning solutions to meet Annecto's needs.
3.
Partner with stakeholders to develop capability within teams through the ongoing development, implementation and promotion of Annectos L&D processes, practices and systems 3.
Develop, coordinate and facilitate in person, virtual and e-learn L&D initiatives and programs including, but not limited to, inductions, compliance and soft skills training.

Administration of L&D programs, including but not limited to, maintaining the L&D calendar, preparing training reports, organising catering, booking rooms, sending calendar invitations, marking attendance and reviewing effectiveness.
What we need from you: Minimum Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related discipline Strong in-person and virtual facilitation skills Demonstrated experience in the use of eLearning tools (Articulate 360 experience desired) Experience with Learning Management Systems, including providing user support to improve engagement and confidence with the system (Docebo experience advantageous) Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at varying levels Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise workloads Ability to work autonomously with a high degree of initiative as well as able to work collaboratively as a member of the team Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Hold a current Drivers Licence Previous experienced in the Aged Care, Disability or Community Services industry is preferable.
