About the role
Join the Dream Doors Kitchens team as a Kitchen Sales Consultant / Designer based in Rockingham.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for providing expert design advice and exceptional customer service to help our clients create their dream kitchens.
What you'll be doing Conducting in-home consultations to understand the customer's needs and design preferencesDeveloping custom kitchen designs using our in-house software and product cataloguePresenting design proposals and quotations to customers in a compelling and professional mannerProviding guidance on product selection, layout, and pricing to ensure customer satisfactionMaintaining strong relationships with customers throughout the entire sales cycleCollaborating with the installation team to ensure a seamless project deliveryAchieving individual and team sales targets through your consultative selling approachWhat we're looking for Proven experience in kitchen design, sales, or a related fieldStrong spatial awareness and design skills to create innovative and functional kitchen layoutsExcellent communication and presentation skills to engage customers and close salesCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for providing outstanding serviceAbility to work collaboratively within a team environmentPassion for the home improvement industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with trendsWhat we offer
