About the Role This exciting Junior IT Support Specialist position that is perfect for someone who is hands-on and enjoys a variety of tasks.
The role involves assisting in managing the IT support ticketing system, specifically with ERP Microsoft Dynamic NAV.
Common repairs include resolving issues with registers, providing general helpdesk support, building hardware such as registers, and performing iPhone wiping and resetting.
The position also offers travel opportunities, including upgrading the NAV system to an online version across 37 stores, pulling out IT equipment from closed stores, and supporting new store builds.
Flexibility is a key feature, with options to work from home, particularly on Fridays, and on-site parking available.
About Us Our client is an independently owned franchise chain with 34 stores across Queensland, from Oakey to Cooktown and as far west as Longreach.
They pride themselves on providing customers with quality fresh products, and everyday big brands at competitive prices.
They source produce directly from Queensland suppliers whenever possible and employ over 1500 locals throughout their stores, continually striving to give back and support the local community.
