Our Client has been tasked with supporting the acquisition of a new technology for the ADF. The IWP Lead will be responsible for the acquisition the once in a generation capability. The focus is on the Warfighter so, The role requires someone who has strong experience in programme management, good ILS acquisition understanding, client engagement and management experience.The role:Traceable track record in programme managementExperience in delivery and outcome-focusedExperience in strategy and analysisMust have strong contract management experienceExcellent client and staff managementMust have experience in complex defence programmescommercial acumen critical to the outcome of the programme(s)ITAR is cornerstoneHold a current NV1 Clearance as a minimum.Candidates will represent the Commonwealth and must be able to identify opportunities to improve satisfaction, growth and ensure the delivery of the system and capability to the warfighter is their number one priority.In order to be successful, candidates will need to prove their abilities to prove the above requirements. This role is a leadership position. It has the responsibility to plan and manage the project from end to end but, more importantly, lead a team of professionals.
