Fic Coordinator

Candidates will be responsible for leading the FIC coordination on the programme(s). Candidates will have a solid defence experience in ILS and its functions. They will have a solid appreciation of capability lifecycle centred on the warfighter, this programme will focus on.
The role is crucial to help manage working groups that relating to the programme(s). The role will require candidates to have good communication skills both written and oral. Candidates will have a proven record of delivery. They will be responsible to identify and manage risks, as well as keeping all concerned fully briefed.
The role:
Lead the coordination of FIC requirements. A proven track in managing FIC and its team. Lead the development of the FIC Coordination Plans (FCP's) Manage the conduct of Working Groups Act as the primary CASG representative at E&IG run Facilities Working Groups Engage with project stakeholders. Coordinate and communicate with the Integrated Logistics Support Managers Be ready for ILS tasking as required to support the Project Integrated Lead (PIL) and ILSMs as required. The functions that need to be considered from Facilities, Systems, People and Training to Organisations and Logistics, ILS with FIC being central to the success. To be clear, this role involves extensive stakeholder engagement across capability suppliers, CASG and SPOs.
