Backed by US investment partners with an appetite for growth, we have created a new opportunity for an experienced IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Canberra.
Initially, working from home, the person we are seeking for will thrive in an autonomous and trusting professional environment. You set your goals, and you achieve these, your way, using your experience, knowledge & determination. You enjoy face-2-face interactions, whilst developing & building strong commercial relationships at every opportunity. You are also highly organised, proficient, and self-driven to achieve successful outcomes from consistent & targeted activity.
The role This is NOT your typical recruitment role. We are building something BIGGER .
You will work with both IT Contractors & IT Recruiters, daily, building these networks to create a strong foundation (community) of IT Contractors for upcoming / future Consulting projects, in & around Sydney & Canberra.
Your role will include. Build a strong network of IT Recruiters to help you identify key talent. Build a strong network of IT Contractors, for upcoming / future IT Consulting projects (non-recruitment) Expand & strengthen your networks using Linkedin and other tools / channels. Managing Contractors with your networks Relationship & Business development initiatives, including face to face meetings / coffee catchups, regular contact calls etc Build brand value in your market, by providing exceptional service & value-add initiatives to both your recruiter & contractor networks. We offer an excellent 'above market' salary, monthly bonuses, and numerous incentives for the right person. You will also receive 5-weeks annual leave.
