Assistant Director, Workforce Capability
Full-time Temporary Details: The Environment Planning & Sustainable Development Directorate (EPSDD) is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as the Assistant Director Workforce Capability. This pivotal role reports directly to the Senior Director and is essential in supporting the Workforce Capability team within our Culture and Capability Section. As the Assistant Director, you will design and deliver development initiatives and training programs, manage the Learning Management System, and oversee key performance and employment programs. You will also provide expert client services, managing section mailboxes and phone groups, and respond to a range of enquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Eligibility/Other requirements: Highly Desirable: Experience in managing employment pathways such as Graduates, Interns, VEP, WESP, and work experience placements. Experience in designing and delivering learning programs using Articulate 360. Understanding of the EPSDD workforce, including the nuances between field-based and office-based staff. Qualifications in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Education, or a related field. Proven track record in organisational development and performance frameworks. Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and designing learning programs. Notes: This is a temporary position available immediately for a period of up to six months with the possibility of extension up to 12 months. Selection may be based on application and referee reports only. This position is designed for activity-based working (ABW). Under ABW arrangements, officers will not have designated workstation/desk.
