About your Role Hastings Deering is currently recruiting for an IT Support Analyst (Level 2) to join our diverse team to provide quality IT Desktop Support to our valued internal customers.
We have a permanent, full-time opportunity available, located in our Mackay branch.
A key task of this role is to resolve more complex requests or assign to the appropriate resolver group, whilst ensuring the overall customer service experience is of a high standard.
Reporting to the Manager - Technology Customer Services you will:
Monitor & prioritise the Service Desk ticketing system for tickets assigned to the queue, whilst responding quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT Service Desk and via escalations from management Provide desktop support and resolve our customer's problems and provide remote troubleshooting support on desktop issues Document all reported incidents through ITIL practices Resolve issues for Level 2 Desktop Support and provide equipment and software support where it is part of the service desk remit e.g.
mobile phones, tablets, phone system, meeting rooms, printers About you
You will have solid experience working in a customer orientated IT Support Analyst Level 2 role, along with exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
You are solution focused, a self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised along with a high degree of initiative.
You must have sound knowledge of MS Windows 10, Office 365, VPN, O365 Admin Console, Intune and Network Connectivity fundamentals.
If you have also have Tertiary Qualifications in IT, along with exposure to MS Dynamics AX and Warehouse Management Systems (SCALE) your application will be highly regarded!
