The Role
As a Candidate Manager in our IT Project Services team, you will connect with candidates to understand their skills, goals, and career aspirations. Your attention to detail is crucial as it is important to keep our candidate database updated. Your sense of urgency will prompt you to quickly respond to inquiries and match candidates with the perfect roles. With your engaging personality, you will make every candidate feel like a VIP with your positive and welcoming approach.
What We're Looking For
We need someone with a great phone manner, be able to touch type and know your way around MS Word. You should be confident and articulate, able to build rapport quickly. Attention to detail is key, as you will manage candidate profiles with precision. Your engaging personality will help you connect with people and make them feel at ease. Thriving in a fast-paced environment is also must, as is a strong sense of urgency and being good with numbers. Prior recruitment experience or a HR or ICT degree are a big plus and will be highly regarded!
