We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team and act as a point of contact for critical infrastructure, software, network and security matters.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing routine IT maintenance, plus Level 1/2 related support.
Previous experience working in an IT role within a business is required.
You will need to be proficient in providing technical support around the management and maintenance of a centralized windows environment, including local and wide area networks.
To be considered for the role you will be a quick learner and have previous experience in a number of the following technologies:
Microsoft Operating SystemsOffice SuiteNetworkingApple and Android devicesHaving a high level of interaction with our internal customers, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills, be motivated, and have outstanding customer support skills.
