Reporting directly to the Head of HR, you'll play a key role in streamlining operations and reducing workload by independently handling groundwork, enabling senior leaders to focus on strategy. In this hands-on role, you will:Lead negotiations and interpret awards across Enterprise Agreements, facilitating new EA implementations.Act as the primary contact for employee relations matters, including claims and grievance handling.Provide guidance on industrial relations strategy, ensuring compliance with evolving labour laws and regulations.Collaborate with senior leadership, representing the organisation in discussions with unions and industry stakeholders.Maintain an agile approach to managing competing priorities in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.About YouYou are a dedicated and experienced Industrial Relations professional ideally with strong tenure in hands-on experience in industrial relations. You have a proven track record in EA negotiations and dispute resolution within complex, union-heavy settings. Ideally, you bring:Bachelor's degree in HR, Industrial Relations, or related field; a law degree is a plus.Direct, end-to-end experience with EA negotiations and award interpretation.Solid understanding of Australian labour laws, including the Fair Work Act.Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.Who are we, and what's next?We're Talentpath - nice to meet you.
