About the Opportunity This role will support the development, delivery and implementation of ARTC's Integrated Management System (IMS) Governance Framework through the provision of process, quality and system architecture expertise.
Responsibilities of the role include: Support the Integrated Systems Framework team with the delivery and implementation of ARTCs Integrated Management System (IMS) governance framework to ensure ARTC management systems (Safety, Environment, Asset, Risk and other relevant systems) provide an integrated single point of truth.
Work closely and collaborate with ARTC Systems and Technology on the implementation of an IMS in line with the broader digital strategy and the existing suite of technology systems.
Support the continuous improvement of ARTC's overarching core business and management processes (including document management, safety management, Engineering and Operational processes) and adjust as necessary to meet business requirements.
Utilise knowledge and expertise of best practices, ISO standards, process architecture, system technologies and implementation experience to translate the ARTC business needs and requirements into potential solutions for an IMS.
Ensure compliance to ARTC policies, standards, and guidelines relating to the IMS framework and provide advice and support to ARTC stakeholders when required.
Develop and update plans, processes and other documentation to ensure the effective implementation and utilisation of the ARTC IMS.
What do we want from you?
Tertiary qualification/s in Quality Management, Change Management, IT or 5+ years relevant experience.
Practical experience in Integrated Management System development, process architecture, Document Control, Quality Management or change management working in large high-risk complex organisations.
Demonstrated experience implementing fit-for-purpose Integrated Management Systems, business processes and technology solutions.
Experience with the operation, maintenance and governance of contemporary document and drawing control processes and systems.
Knowledge of Rail Safety legislation and relevant Safety Management System requirements.
Knowledge and experience managing IMS and Quality systems and processes compliant to relevant ISO and Australian standards.
Knowledge and experience in a Rail or other Safety critical environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Mature analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
