The ENData Platform uses digitization, automation and integration to control claim cost and optimize claim performance while enabling straight-through-processes which save time, increase efficiency and drive amazing customer experiences.
The ENData Platform is currently used by 21 high-profile insurance brands across Australia, with more than 600 repairers and suppliers operating daily across our platform.
The Role We are looking for an Implementation Specialist, as part of the Professional Services team, who will be responsible for managing projects to ensure the delivery of customer-focused products. This role reports directly into the Head of Implementation in APAC.
What You'll Do Support the pre and post sales process by recommending best practice use of the established Endata Platform.Technical customer-facing expert, able to communicate clearly and easily with both business and technical contacts, i.e., customer workflow adaptation and API integration.Gather all customer requirements to deliver a thorough and customer-focused implementation and configuration strategy.Develop the Statement of Work based on customer requirements.Collaborate with both product and training team to deliver customer requirements and the broader Solera team to deliver new product developments.Configure the business configuration on platform based on the customer requirements.SME in Endata Platform, particularly understanding the configuration and integration capabilities.On occasion train the customer on the newly delivered configuration.Ability to document test scenarios of configuration to support QA.Cross-functional alignment with product and sales to ensure alignment on roadmap and delivery in line with customer/revenue expectations.Provide 3rd level support on customer deliveries and Endata Platform and triage and prioritize the tickets based on priority.What You'll Bring University Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.5+ years of experience delivering large transformation programs, utilizing high-performing teams, ideally leveraging agile methodology.Technical requirements gathering or business analysis experience, ideally in property claims or Insurance markets, able to 'think out of the box' to deliver value solutions to customers.Excellent customer-facing skills, collaboration, and communication.Commercially aware and able to support sales opportunities to deliver best results with least cost.Strong interpersonal skills, able to build relationships within the Professional Services team, passionate about collaborating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.Meticulous attention to detail.Extensive use of JIRA, Confluence, and Office365.Experience of technical implementations/integration project and configuration, particularly covering any of SOA, APIs, API management, SOAP, XSLT, Postman, Swagger, Oauth, XML, CSS.Experience with Agile Methodologies such as Scrum, but also with more traditional structured approaches such as Waterfall project implementations.Basic knowledge of SQL and experience of logging tools like Graylog to investigate.*It is impossible to list every requirement for, or responsibility of, any position.
