Job DescriptionAbout the Role: Join our Queensland-based team as an ICT Support Engineer, where you'll provide essential support and technical expertise to ensure seamless operations across our telecommunications network. In this role, you'll address and resolve service requests, manage incident responses, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for service delivery. Be a part of a forward-thinking team and help shape the future of telecommunications.
Responsibilities include but not limited to: Efficiently complete service requests and incidents, aligning with SLA standards.Oversee the daily activities of the Operations Centre Team to deliver exceptional customer service via phone and ticketing systems.Supervise, coach, and support team members, fostering a positive customer experience in line with Uniti Group's values.Handle escalations and complaints as the first point of contact.Recommend and implement process, workflow, and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.Analyse operational performance and identify areas for improvement.Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.Collaborate with the Customer Operations Manager for staff performance reviews.Contribute to a positive team culture, ensuring alignment with Uniti Group's values.Participate in an on-call rotation to provide customer support outside of standard hours.About you: The ideal person for this role will have/be:
