A Queensland-based not-for-profit community services organisation is seeking a permanent ICT Officer to join their team. You will be part of an organisation that has built a reputation for serving community needs and improving in-home care.Your new roleReporting to the ICT Manager, you will be an integral part of the ICT team providing support and assistance with the installation, operation, and management of ICT systems. Some of your day-to-day duties will include:Providing timely and effective ICT Helpdesk support for all internal employeesAiding in the installation and configuring of hardware, software, printers, and scannersCommunicating coherently and consistently with stakeholdersMaintaining detailed and accurate recordsWhat you'll need to succeedYou will have experience in IT Support and be motivated to grow in this field.
