THE ROLEThis role will be the go-to HR leader for Australia, responsible for driving HR strategy and operations for a portfolio of 270.
Reporting into a down-to-earth leader and working collaboratively within an environment that values HR, you will also oversee 3 direct reports within the local team who will support you on a day to day basis.
A hands-on and strategic role, you will support the growth of the business through a number of key HR projects, initiatives, policies and projects with your role developing and progressing in line with business growth.

DUTIESBe the go-to HR leader for Australia advising, implementing, guiding and coaching on a range of HR matters, both strategic and operationalCoach and partner closely with leadership in driving employee engagement and performanceLeadership and management of 2 direct reports including a HR Advisor, HR Coordinator and Payroll AdvisorCreate, lead and execute people related projects, initiatives and processes and policiesEXPERIENCE & SKILLSA varied, exciting and impactful Human Resources role within a market leading organisation.
