$99,881 to $107,070 (Clerk Grade 5/6) About the Role Join the People, Culture & Safety team at Taronga Western Plains Zoo in Dubbo as a HR Advisor. This role involves providing advice and administrative services to managers and employees, focusing on workforce planning and positive employee relations. Key Accountabilities Be an active member of the TWPZ Management team Act as the first point of contact for HR queries for specific client groups Coach and guide managers in people management Support key people processes and HR activities Manage employee relations cases and HR-related documentation Collaborate with the People & Talent Administrator Provide reporting and insights on people metrics

About You Seeking a dynamic HR generalist with a people-first focus, strong HR knowledge, and operational experience. Excel skills and HRIS experience desired.
