Our core values guide our strong service delivery to enact positive change and choice in the lives of the clients we support.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport frontline staff as the first point of contact outside normal business hours for emergencies, unplanned leave, and general assistance.Assist frontline staff with after-hours and emergency situations by providing logical and calculated decisions to ensure customer and staff safety.Follow the escalation procedures as required.Provide accurate information for reporting on calls, incidents, and customer updates.Assist employees with unplanned leave outside of normal business hours and fill the shifts with current staff.Assist our rostering team with timekeeping, shift fill, and maintaining effective rosters in line with our Enterprise Agreements.Report accurate information on authorised and unauthorised restrictive practices within the allotted reporting timeframes.Assist the rostering team with building of employee lines, inbox maintenance, and other duties as required.Assist our main receptionist with all overflow calls during the 6am-2pm (Monday-Friday).This position works on a rotating roster incorporating shifts of 6am - 2pm, 2:30pm - 10:30pm, and overnight on-call across 7 days.
