ABOUT THE ROLE
The BHP Human Resources (HR) regional team provides seamless HR advisory services, delivering improvement programs and initiatives aligned to a high-performance culture. Our HR team is expected to work across a range of HR Service Category activities, independently and as part of a team:
In the role, you will have the opportunity to:
Maintain strong working relationships and collaborate with peers within the BHP HR community, including HR Business Partnership and subject matter experts to drive functional improvements and initiatives; Provide accurate and timely advice to stakeholders on a range of HR-related queries; Support the implementation of improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy; Support reporting processes and develop insights to drive improvement; Complete projects and ad-hoc tasks in support of the HR team as required; Contribute to and promote a culture of high performance and a disciplined approach to work.
ABOUT YOU
Degree or any relevant qualification in Human Resources (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply); High computer literacy, including excellent spreadsheet/database skills and the ability to generate insights; Excellent communication skills, including the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders in support of resolving complex issues.
