Macadamia Farm Management has been in business for over three decades and is an industry leader in the management of macadamia orchards. When we started, Macadamia Farm Management managed around 12 macadamia orchards located in and around Bundaberg.
Fast forward to today, we manage approx. 5000 ha orchards over a footprint which stretches from Bundaberg all the way to Maryborough. Our current employee headcount is 215 employees and with the projected growth this will increase closer to 300 employees in the next 2 years.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
